  Valerian is a traditional herb used to ease pain, improve sleep, digestion, anxiety, and headaches.   Ingredients

  Each 1 mL (15 drops) Contains:
  Valerian 1:4 Tincture (Valeriana officinalis) (root)		250 mg
  (In a 40% pure grain alcohol base)

  Non-medicinal Ingredients

  Water and grain alcohol.

  Dosage

  3 mL (45 drops) 1–3 times daily in a « glass of water or as directed by a health care practitioner.

  Cautions
