Ingredients

Modified coconut oil (medium chain triglycerides), DME® organic virgin coconut oil, Canadian camelina oil.

Dosage

Add to salad dressings, smoothies, oatmeal, and baking or take alone, starting with 1 teaspoon per day and building to 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. If taking on an empty stomach, be sure to start slowly and build to tolerated level to prevent stomach upset. 

 

Caution: Not recommended for cooking. No refrigeration required. Use within 6 months of opening.
