  Non-Medicinal Ingredients

   Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule.

  Suggested Use

  Adult women – Take 1 capsule 3 times per day, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond six weeks. Periodic intervals of abstinence (two week breaks before continuing) are recommended for long- term use.

  Cautions

  Contraindicated with health products that affect blood coagulation such as blood thinners, fish oils, acetylsalicylic acid and vitamin E. Caution advised when used concurrently with antidepressants, medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures, or hormone medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy.

  Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution advised with medical conditions including high blood pressure, clotting, liver disorders or symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine and jaundice. Also bipolar spectrum disorders or any psychological disorder such as frequent anxiety or depression.

  Allergen Statement

  User should discontinue use if hypersensitivity to milk thistle occurs.
