      Ingredients

      Medicinal Ingredients (Each drop contains):

Certified Organic Essential Oil of Oregano (Origanum vulgare, leaf, contains thymol and min. 72% carvacrol) 50% (1:1)

      Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50% (1:1)

      Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2-3 drops 3-4 times daily with a little water, juice, or milk. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper.

      Cautions

Oregano oil is known to contain aromatic molecules such as carvacrol and thymol, which can have dermocaustic effects. These molecules have been shown to be potentially skin irritants and can cause skin redness and itching when applied topically in high concentrations. As a result, it is important to use oregano oil with caution and always dilute it properly before applying it to the skin.

Also, do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family.
